This is another of the three parasols I purchased in a lot off of ebay. The thing I absolutely love about this one is the unusual handle. The overal size and diameter of the parasol suggest that it was made sometime in the 1860s, but with such an odd handle, I may be able to get away with a greater time span.
Obviously, I don't have the original fabric to work from on this one, but I'm leaning toward making this a parasol that could be used for summer events, since I already have one that is appropriate for winter.
